摘要
目的总结经后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿的经验,讨论手术适应证及手术要点.方法采用后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿患者30例,包括肾盂旁囊肿3例.结果30例手术均获成功,术后1～6个月复查B超有2例复发.手术后住院3～5d.结论后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶术具有创伤小、术后恢复快和复发率低的优点,应为肾囊肿治疗的首选术式.
Objective: The experience with retroperitoneoscopic unroofing of renal cyst was reported and the indications and operative procedure were discussed. Methods: 30 patients with renal cyst underwent retroperitoneoscopic unroofing including 3 cases of peri-pelvic cyst. Results: All patients were successful. The two patients recurred after 6 months. The postoperative hospital stay was 3 to 5 days. Conclusions: Retroperitoneoscopic unroofing is a safe effective and mini-invasive procedure. Patients recover quickly after operation. It should be the first choice for treatment of renal cyst.
