摘要
调整适宜的水氯平衡是催化重整过程的关键环节之一。许多研究表明,可用重整产物中C3/C1值判断水氯平衡是否正常,但在生产中准确测定重整产物的C3/C1值是很麻烦的。本文通过物料平衡和相平衡以及工业生产数据,将计算简化,可由重整循环气组成来计算重整产物中的C3/C1值,用于指导重整装置水氯平衡调整。
The adjustment of proper chloride-and-water balance is one of key links in catalytic reforming process,many studies show that the ration of C3 to C1 in the reformed products can be used to judge if the chloride-and -water balance is maintained properly,but it is more difficult to measure accurately the ration C3 to C1 in commercial operation. This paper introduces a simplified computing method using material balance, phase equilibrium and commercial data. This method can be used to calculate the ratio of C3 to C1 in the reformed products by using of the recycle gas compositiion, in order to guide the aduustement of the chloride-and-water balance in reformer.
