摘要
苹果问题是目前陕西广大果农和政府最为关心的焦点问题之一。一方面通过陕西苹果产业发展现状及其国际竞争力分析可发现陕西苹果确实有比较优势,但是在新贸易条件下,如果不能改变仅依靠资源求发展的状况,陕西充其量只是苹果产业链条的一个末梢,一个提供原材料的基地;另一方面通过对陕西苹果产业发展障碍因素的分析,提出发展对策建议,力求为陕西苹果产业可持续健康发展提供有益参考。
The problems concerning apple industry draw the focus of attention of many farmers and the govern ment. Upon analyzing the international competition force of apple and apple juice, this paper points out that the apple industry of Shaanxi Province really possesses its comparative advantages. However,if the concept of relying only on re sources were not to be changed, Shaanxi would just be the end of the industry chain and a place for original material supply. On the other hand,this paper analyzes the barriers for the development of Shaanxi apple industry and its rea sons. Finally, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions so as to offer some helpful references for the sustainable and healthy development of Shaanxi apple industry.
