摘要
ＭＲＰⅡ是一种适合于制造业的管理思想和方法，它能给企业带来巨大的经济效益，然而在我国企业 中的实施情况却不太令人满意。本文主要分析了我国企业实施ＭＲＰⅡ失败的主要障碍因素，指出了企业的 改进方向。
Though MRPⅡ which is suitable for manufacturers could make great profits, there exit some problems in applying MRP ⅡIn this paper, the main factors leading to failures are studied,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
