摘要
目前,我国稻米品质评价方法尚处于依靠肉眼观测阶段,如何按照国家实施的评价标准,通过外观品质的指标参数对不同品种稻米划分等级成为新的研究课题。为此,采用机器视觉的方法对大米的外观品质进行研究,在参照国家稻米外特性评价标准基础上,将各品种稻米划分等级,最后利用神经网络建立检测模型,从而为预测未知米样奠定了基础。
At present, the evaluation method of the rice quality in China is still at the level of naked eye observation. How to classify different varieties of rice through the quality parameters based on the adopted evaluation criteria becomes a new research topic. In this paper, the machine vision - based method is used in studying the rice quality. On the basis of the evaluation criteria, different kinds of rice are classified. And according to the usage of neural network, the detection model is established, so it can lay the foundation for the prediction of the unknown kinds of rice in the future.
