摘要
当前多边贸易体制面临着重大的挑战,建立中美欧("G3")互动机制有助于破解多边贸易体制所面临的各种难题。"G3"机制的建立是弥补多哈回合谈判体制性缺陷的需要,是共同抵制贸易保护主义和应对区域主义挑战的需要,是破解双边谈判困境的需要。共同利益的一致、美欧的认同以及中国自身能力的提高都为建立"G3"机制奠定了基础。最后,作者对具体的互动机制进行了初步的分析。
The multilateral trading system is facing great challenges now. The establishment of 'G3' can be helpful to solve various problems facing the multilateral trading system. The establishment of 'G3' mechanism is the demand of remedying structural defects of Doha negotiation,of joint response to challenges of protectionism and regionalism and of breaking bilateral negotiation puzzles. The 'G3' mechanism has had a good foundation because of the following factors:the same common interests,the recognition of such a need by the US and the EU,and also China's feeling of urgency and its growth of capability. The author analyzes the specific mechanism in the end.
