摘要
自15世纪以来,每一大国的崛起都带来了国际法的新发展。葡萄牙、西班牙、荷兰等大国崛起催生了的威斯特伐利亚法律秩序;英国、法国、德国、日本等国崛起形成了凡尔赛-华盛顿法律体系;俄罗斯(前苏联)、美国的崛起造就了雅尔塔法律体制。冷战结束后,多极共处的国际现实促进了以联合国、世界贸易组织为主的国际法律机制的完善,中国的和平崛起既要适应又要改造这一国际法环境。
The rise of every big country has brought the new development of international law ,since the 15th century. The legal ordcr of Westphalia have been made by the rise of big countries such as Portugal, Spain and Holland; Versailles - Washington legal system have been formed by the rise of Countries such as Britain, France, Germany and Japan;The legal system in Yalta have been brought up by the rise of Russia （ the former Soviet Union） and American. After the cold war, the international reality of muhipolar has promoted the completion of the international legal mechanism abeut the United Nations, World Trade Organization. China＇s Peaceful Rise should meet but aslo transform this international law environment.
