摘要
目的在联勤体制改革后,探讨如何使疗养院护理服务质量持续改进。方法以提高护理人员管理理念、工作细节流程化和在疗养护理中引进健康管理理念3个方面为管理重点,通过护理检查与抽查考核、问卷调查等形式进行效果评估。结果各项护理服务质量均有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在联勤体制下,持续改进疗养院护理管理可以有效提高护理服务质量。
Objective To explore the methods to advance the quality of nursing service in sanatorium under the system of combined service force. Methods Nursing management reform focused on improving the management concept,introduction of health management concept,and making procedures for the details of work. The evalution methods included routine inspection,random testing and a questionnaire investigation. Result The quality of nursing service was improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
