摘要
目的了解护生对《护士条例》的知识掌握程度和学习态度。方法运用便利抽样的方法对某三级甲等医院的168名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果接受调查的护生总分为(5.78±2.14)分,《护士条例》知识处于一般水平;不同学历护生对《护士条例》的掌握差距具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。学历越高,得分情况越好;护生对《护士条例》的学习态度有差别,认为有必要学习《护士条例》为145人,占86.31%;认为没有必要学习的为14人,占8.33%。结论护生对《护士条例》相关知识的掌握情况不理想,应采用多种途径提高护生对《护士条例》的认知水平。
Objective To understand the knowledge and attitude of clinical nursing students to Nurses Bill. Methods A questionnaire concerning the knowledge of Nurses Bill was made and the questionnaires were distributed among 168 nursing student in a Grade A Class Three level hospital. Results The knowledge of Nurses Bill among clinical nursing students was moderate level, according to the average score ( 5.78± 2.14 ). And there were statistically different among different educational level students ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0. 05). The attitude to Nurses Bill also was different among clinical students. 86.31% students considered it was necessary to learn,while 8.33% students had the opposite opinion. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the knowledge of Nurses Bill among nursing students.
