介绍德国Suessen公司在本世纪初推出的毛精纺细纱机用HP-GX 5010板簧加压摇架。在对其结构进行详细分解基础上,对加压元件的质量、加压组件的形式、摇架的锁紧机构、摇架的固定方式进行分解分析,并对该板簧加压摇架的结构特点进行归纳。由于HP-GX系列板簧加压摇架整体结构简洁,零部件少而加工精度高,刚度大,寿命长,适用于毛精纺细纱机上使用,纺纱质量优良。
