摘要
以10个苦瓜高世代自交系为试验材料,采用NC-Ⅱ设计配制25个杂交组合,分析了12个数量性状的配合力、遗传力。结果表明:自交系W-001是个提高杂一代果实产量和贮运性的理想亲本,W-002是个提高杂一代果实品质的理想亲本,自交系A-001对提高果实纵径、果实横径、果实硬度、边部可溶性固形物和维生素C含量具有重要的作用,是表现较好的父本。在12个性状指标中,各性状广义遗传力大小为:边部可溶性固形物含量>果实硬度>果实纵径>干物质含量>维生素C含量>果形指数>单株结果数>有机酸含量>果肉厚度>节间距>单果质量>果实横径,各性状狭义遗传力大小为:边部可溶性固形物含量>单株结果数>节间距>维生素C含量>果实纵径>干物质含量>单果质量>果形指数>果实硬度>有机酸含量>果实横径>果肉厚度。
Twenty five hybrids derived from 10 inbred lines using NC-Ⅱ design were used to study combining ability and heritability of 12 quantitative traits in bitter gourd. The results indicated that inbred line W-001 is an ideal parent to increase yield and shelf-life;inbred line W-002 is an ideal parent for increasing fruit quality. Inbred line A-001 used as male parent is helpful in improving fruit width ,length ,firmness,flesh soluble solid contents and vitamin C. For the 12 characters investigated,the order of broad sense heritability is soluble solid content〉fruit firmness〉fruit length〉dry matter〉vitamin C〉fruit shape index〉number of fruit per plant〉organic acid content〉flesh thickness〉internode length〉fruit weight〉fruit width. The order of narrow sense heritability is soluble solid content〉number of fruit per plant〉internode length〉vitamin C〉fruit length〉 dry matter〉fruit weight〉fruit shape index〉fruit firmness〉organic acid content〉fruit width〉flesh thickness.
