摘要
目的:对改进的武汉市社区卫生服务居民满意度评价指标体系进行实证研究,验证其效度、信度。方法:采用现场调查法,获取武汉市某社区卫生服务中心的居民满意度数据。结果:将指标体系的6个一级指标合并为5个,指标体系总体上具有较好的信度和效度。结论:指标体系能够用于评价武汉市当前的社区卫生服务居民满意度。
Objective：To verify the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system of residents＇ satisfaction with community health services in Wuhan which is created by improved expert consultation method.Methods：Field survey on the satisfaction data got from a certain community health services center.Results：The six first grade indicators should be merged into five and the index system has good validity and reliability generally.Conclusions：The index system could be used to evaluate the residents＇ satisfaction with community health services.
