摘要
目前市场上物流企业对相关人才的需求十分旺盛,而又有很多的高职院校物流专业的学生毕业后出现就业难问题,究其原因所在,是物流专业对学生的培养方向与企业需求不吻合。因此,结合物流专业发展及专业建设的现状,对物流专业教学改革提出几点建设性意见。
At present the requirement of related talents is more for logistic enterprises in market.However,there exists the difficult employment problem for students in logistics major of higher vocational colleges.The reason for that is the students＇ training direction in logistics major does not suit the demand of enterprises.Therefore,combining the development of logistics major and the present condition of major construction,this paper gives several constructive suggestions for teaching reform in logistics major.
