摘要
当前国家正在大力推进物流行业的发展,强调必须加大力度发展现代物流,建立现代物流服务体系,通过物流服务的发展促进其他行业的发展。由于第三方物流所提供的服务往往局限于仓库代理、运输代理、通关代理等局部业务,无法满足经济发展的需求。第四方物流的诞生,为企业提供了整合社会资源、共享物流信息的平台。介绍了第四方物流的概念及产生原因,通过对辽宁发展第四方物流的优势劣势分析,提出相应的发展对策。
Our country works hard on developing logistics with focus on building modern logistics and service system. And other industries can be provided to a rapid development through logistics. But the service provided by 3PL cannot catch the economical development. Therefore, 4PL was born. It can makes full use of social resources and provides a platform to share informations. The paper refers to the conception of 4PL and the situation in which it was born. Through analyzing the strengths and the weaknesses of the development of 4PL in Liaoning Province, the paper figures out measures to make it well.
