摘要
在总结"第N方物流"主要观点的基础上,提出第四方物流的概念,阐述其内涵,强调第四方物流解决方案的整合功能、信息系统功能和监督指导功能,以实现物流系统低成本、高服务水平的目标。
Based on the nature of ＂N＇s Party logistics＂, this paper firstly proposes a new concept of 4th Party logistics （4PL）, then elaborates its connotation. The emphasis is on the integration function, information system function , supervision and instruction function of a logistics solution to carry out the target of low cost and high service level.
