摘要
近阶段世界范围内严重的经济危机,引发了新一轮的国企高管薪酬讨论,而现行的《企业国有资产法》并未对这个问题有明确的回应。当前的国企高管薪酬问题无论是中央层面还是地方层面的规范性文件效力等级低、内容不一,有必要从《企业国有资产法》的修订入手,规范国企高管薪酬的制定程序,确立薪酬的公开制度,以此推进国企高管薪酬规范化、法律化。
The recent world - wide economy crisis has triggered the discussion of the remuneration of executives in state - owned companies. However the newly enacted "Law on State - owned Asset in Enterprises" hasn't clarified the question. We concerning the remuneration of executives in state - owned companies, the present normative documents, whatever of state or local level, are various in contents and forms. It is essential to revise the "Law on State - owned Asset in Enterprises", regulating the determination process of remuneration of executives in state - owned companies and putting the remuneration in public eye, as to promote the regularization and legalization of the remuneration problem.
