摘要
在分析高职院校教师职业能力构成的基础上,提出了教师职业能力持续提升的途径。
This article,based on analyzing the constitution of higher vocational school teachers ability, puts forward the appraoches of continuously upgrading higher vocational school teachers＇ professional ability.
