自来水中28种挥发性有机物的吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱联用分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:建立吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱联用法快速测定自来水中28种挥发性有机物,了解某市自来水中挥发性有机物的污染状况。方法:采用吹扫捕集方法对样品进行吹脱、吸附、烘烤、吹扫后,用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行定性定量测定。结果:在本实验条件下,利用气相色谱质谱联用法能快速检测自来水中28种挥发性有机物,方法线性良好,最低检出限0.001~0.01μg/L,回收率85.5%~108.6%,相关系数大于0.996。结论:该方法能同时检测自来水中28种挥发性有机物,简单易操作,精密度较好,结果较满意。 Objective:To establish a method to determine 28 volatile organic compounds in tap water by purge and trap with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer to inverstigate the content of volatile organic compounds in tap water in the city.Methods:Tap water sample was purged,traped and desorbed,then detected by GC/MS.Results:Under the analysis condition,28 volatile organic compounds in tap water were detected by purge and trap with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer.The method enjoyed a good linear tendency and the detection limits(MDL) were 0.001~0.01 μg/L.The recoveries of the method were 85.5%~108.6%,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.996.Conclusion:The method is accurate and easy to practice and can be applied to detect 28 volatile organic compounds in tap water.
