摘要
从发展心理学讲,青年期是人生发展的一个关键时期,面对激烈的社会竞争和巨大的就业压力,为了提升高职学生的就业竞争力,本文从青年期发展心理学的角度,分析了高职学生职业生涯规划的必要性,论证了青年期的发展心理与高职学生的职业生涯规划之间的关系,有针对性地提出了高职学生职业生涯规划的基本依据和侧重点。
In view of psychological development, adolescence is a critical period of life in a person＇s development under the situation of competitive employment society. In order to enhance the employability and competitiveness of the students in vocational colleges, this article, from a perspective of adolescent developmental psychology, analyzes the necessity of career planning for higher vocational students, demonstrates the relationship between the development of adolescent psychology and the career planning for the students, and aims at proposing fundamental basis and key points to the career planning for the students.
