食管胃静脉曲张的影像学评价及出血风险预测 被引量:3

摘要 运用无创或微创的影像学方法诊断食管、胃静脉曲张及预测其出血风险具有重要的临床意义。静脉曲张的严重程度是静脉曲张发生破裂出血的首要危险因素,而超声、CT、MRI及其后处理技术的应用,不仅能够辨别静脉曲张与食管或胃壁的关系(黏膜下静脉曲张和食管周或胃周静脉曲张),还能对黏膜下静脉曲张的程度进行分级,其对大静脉曲张(〉5mm)的检测结果与胃镜有很好的一致性。CT和MRI还能对静脉曲张的血流动力学进行准确评价。
