摘要 声带麻痹是喉运动功能紊乱的一种表现,正确认识其影像学表现有助于临床客观、全面地评价疾病,无论对于声带麻痹的病因诊断,还是病变的定位定性,影像学都发挥着重要作用,完整、客观的影像学评价有助于临床喉外科治疗。就声带麻痹的解剖学基础、影像学表现以及术后疗效评估等进行综述。
