摘要
沟通能力对于现代社会已日显重要,对于实验室医学工作者而言是生存的要素,也是ISO15189质量体系的要求。检验专业实习生沟通能力的培养是改善医患关系、协调与临床各科室关系、就业现实的需要。通过实习生人文素质的教育、优质服务意识的强化、明确语言与非语言沟通的禁忌、善用语言与非语言性沟通的技巧、发挥带教老师的表率作用、倾听、融专业知识于实践中等方面的实施,从而促进学生的专业成长。
Communication capability has become more and more important in modern society and it has especially been important elements to the workers in laboratory medicine. Communication capability also accord with the ISO15189 quality system. Cultivation of communication capability in trainee of laboratory medicine, which is related to the improvement of doctor-patient relationship, coordination with clinical division and employment. Through education of the humanities, the trainee can strengthen their high quality service consciousness, identify the taboo and know how to handle with the technique in communication .So in the practice process, teachers must bring their model effect into full play, listen to the trainee and bind expertise with the practice, the uhimum target is promoting the trainee＇s growth in expertise.
