摘要
每个月由病人投票评选病区的“护理之星,”通过分析选票得到的信息是:(1)护士下病房的时间少于实习护士;(2)大部分护士的名字不被病人所知;(3)低年资护士评上“护理之星”的难度更大;(4)每次评选完毕后护士们有个懈怠期;(5)病人参与评选的意识不断增强等。将此信息及时反馈给护士们,引导和要求大家在工作中不断调整服务细节,人人争当“护理之星,”从而密切了护患关系,病人的满意度由91%上升至98%~99%,使得评选活动达到了预期的目的。
Monthly "Nurse Stars" were elected by patient's voting. Though votes collected the information was concluded as follows: (1) Fewer nurses circulated the wards than student nurses. (2) The names of most nurses were unknown to patients. (3) It was more difficult for the young nurses to be elected as "Nurse Star". (4) There was a relaxation period after each election. (5) The awareness of patients to take part in the election was escalating. The information was returned to nurses to instruct them to adjust their service constantly so that every body strived to be elected as "Nursing Star". As a result, the nurse-patient relation was intimately intensified. The comfort degree of patients was raised from 91% to 98%-99% so that the election activity amounted to expected target.
