摘要
采用毛细管流变仪、旋转流变仪等仪器,对4种不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯无纺布专用树脂流变性能进行了研究。结果表明,随温度的升高,各试样的剪切黏度(ηa)和剪切应力(τ)下降;在250℃,剪切速率(γ)为200~10000s^-1的条件下,各试样ηa和τ的差距逐渐缩小,流变曲线趋于重合。在250℃时,各试样的非牛顿流体指数接近于1,即此时试样接近于牛顿流体。在温度为230屯,γ为10^-2 - 1s^-1的条件下。各试样零切黏度大小依下列顺序递减:试样2,试样1,试样3,试样4。
The theological properties of four kinds of polypropylene (PP) non - woven fabrics special resin with different relative molecular mass were studied with capillary rheometer and rotational rheometer. The results showed that the apparent shear viscosity ( ηa ) and shear stress(τ) of all samples decreased with temperature increasing. Under the condition of 250 ℃,and shear rate (γ)from 200 to 10 000 s^-1, the differences of ηa and τ for each samples were gradually reduced, and the rheological curves tended to overlap. The non - Newtonian index for all samples closed to 1 at 250 ℃, it implied that the samples were on the verge of Newtonian fluid. At 230 ℃ ,γ from 10^-2 to 1 s^-1 ,zero shear viscosity sampl of the samples decreased in following order: sample 2, sample 1, sample 3, sample 4.
