摘要
本文分析了用SiO_2/PP复合材料纺制纤维的形态结构和力学性能。结果表明,在牵伸过程中,初生纤维中的微孔逐步消失,断裂强度和E'-T曲线上的E'值及耐热性有些增加。在tanδ-T曲线上出现a峰,其峰值随拉伸倍数的增加而增加,六倍牵伸后a峰略有降低。
In this article the morphological and the mechanical properties were analysed tor tne tibre spun with SiO2/PP composite.The results showed that drawing process could eliminate the micro-porosity in the new-born fibre. After drawing,the breaking strengthrand the E' values on the E'-T curves and heat-resistance properties of the newborn fibres had increased slightly. On the tan &-T curve of drawn fibre there was a peak, which increased with increasing draw ratio. with sixfold drawing, the highest peak reduced slightly.
