摘要
政治体制改革的相对滞后,导致政治和经济的非协调性发展,政治制度断裂所产生的失范现象屡见不鲜;社会的知识化使人们愈来愈关注自身的政治需求,增强了政治参与的积极性;不同阶层、不同群体对政治体系的不同要求更加明显;民主政治建设的进程与人民群众对扩大民主的现实要求还存在一定差距,只有建立公民广泛参与的动力机制才能推动民主进程。
It＇ s a common phenomenon that the relative lag of the political reform causes the unharmonious development of politics and economy and the deviation from the norm caused by the breaking of political system. Socio - knowledge advancement causes people to become more and more concerned about the political requirements and enhance the active political participation. Differences among different classes and groups of people become clearer. There is still some distance between the process of democratic political construction and the factual requirements of the people. Only setting up a motivated mechanism that guarantees the wide participation of people can promote the process of democracy.
