摘要
报道了两种制备[99mTc≡N]中间体的方法。在N的供体及还原剂(TPPS,SnCl2)存在的条件下制备[99mTc≡N]中间体,两种方法制得的中间体的组成不同,但均为混合物,而且与配体反应,都可以制得以[99mTc≡N]2+为中心核的配合物。用HPLC检测标记中间体在不同pH时的组成变化及稳定性情况。
Two methods for the synthesis of the [99mTc≡N] intermediates were reported. In the presence of reducer (TPPS or SnCl2) and the donor of N, the mixture of [99mTc≡N] intermediate could be conveniently synthesized but with different composition. On reaction with ligands complexes containing [99mTc≡N]2+ core can be obtained. The change of composition of Intermediates was detected by HPLC at different PH values,and the stability was also evaluated.
