摘要
介绍了用阳离子交换法测量骨肿瘤治疗剂注射液中１５３ＳｍＥＤＴＭＰ放化纯度的方法。实验结果表明：该方法能快速准确地测量骨肿瘤治疗剂注射液中１５３ＳｍＥＤＴＭＰ的放化纯度，测量出的放化纯度大于９９％，测量时间小于２０分钟。
In this paper,detemined of 153Sm EDTMP radiochemical purity in injection liquor of bone therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals with the cation exchange chromatographic separation is described.This method can determine 153Sm EDTMP radiochemical purity rapidly and accurately.Detemined 153Sm EDTMP radiochemical purity is more than 99%,It takes less than 20 mintues.
