摘要
采用重力分离自蔓延高温合成(Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)制备了a-Al2O3基复合陶瓷内衬复合管,研究了添加CuO、纳米SiC对陶瓷层制备及其组织的影响。XRD分析表明,陶瓷层的主要成分为a-Al2O3,还有少量铁铝尖晶石FeAl2O4和硅线石Al2SiO5及SiC存在,CuO、SiC有利于改善组织结构,促进晶粒细化。CuO作为助燃剂,可提高燃烧速度和燃烧温度并减少陶瓷中FeAl2O4的含量。纳米SiC的引人有效地抑制了基质晶粒生长和减轻了晶粒的异常长大,使得陶瓷层的硬度和致密性提高。
The composite pipes with interior coating of a-Al2O3 ceramics have been made by gravitational separation self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) method,the coating belongs to(Al-Fe2O3-CuO) plus SiO2 composite system.The effect of the additions of CuO,nano SiC on ceramic coating tissue has been investigated.The results of X-ray diffractometry(XRD) show that the main phases of the ceramic coating are a-Al2O3,and a little FeAl2O4,Al2SiO5 and SiC.CuO and nano SiC can improve the tissue structure of the ceramic coating.CuO,acting as a combustion-supporting agent,can increase combustion rate and combustion temperature,and can decrease the FeAl2O4 content of ceramic coating.Nano SiC effectively restrains the growth of crystal particles of basic body and abates the abnormal growth of crystallites,enhance the rigidity and compactness of the ceramic coating.
