摘要
科斯定理作为新制度经济学的理论基础，它对西方经济学的当代发展起了重要作用。全面和完整地把握科斯定理对我国经济体制改革亦有重要的借鉴意义。本文将科斯定理具体化为科斯第一定理、科斯第二定理和科斯定理的推论三个命题，在此基础上深入分析了科斯定理的理论前提。
Abstract: As a theory basis of new-institutional econmics, Coase Theorem plays an important role in the contemporary development of western economics. It can be used for reference for our econmic system reform if it is grasped overally and integratedly. The paper divides Cose Theorem into three parts: the first Coase Theorem, the seconel Coase Theorem and Coase Theorem's deduction. on the basis of this the author deeply analyzes the premises of Coase Theorem and further dissusses the position and the significance of Coase Theorem in economic theories.
