医院人事代理制度的产生是社会主义市场经济发展的产物,也是卫生改革的必然要求。简要阐述了该院实施人事代理制度的背景、现状、在实施过程中遇到的困难以及解决问题的对策。
The emergence of the personnel agency system in the hospital is the result of the development of socialist market economy and a certain requirement for a person by the current health reform. This article briefs the background of implementing personnel agency system in the authors＇hospital, the current situation and the difficulties and problems in the course of carrying out the personnel agency system and the countermeasures they had taken to tackle those problems.
