摘要
目的探讨CT对脾多灶性病变的病因分析与诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析30例脾多灶性病变患者的CT资料。结果30例中,恶性淋巴瘤7例,转移瘤6例,多发囊肿5例,脾梗死3例,血管瘤2例,结核2例,淋巴管瘤1例,多发脓肿1例,神经纤维瘤1例,白血病和恶性组织细胞病脾浸润各1例。CT能清楚地显示脾多灶性病变的部位、大小、数量、形态、密度以及与周围脏器的关系,对脾多灶性病变的定性诊断准确率为70%。结论脾多灶性良性病变以囊肿多见,多灶性恶性病变以淋巴瘤和转移瘤多见。CT对脾多灶性病变的定性诊断有较高价值。
Objective To discuss the value of CT in diagnosis of splenic multifocal lesions.Materials and Meth-ods CT findings of 30 cases with splenic multifocal lesions were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among these splenic multifocal lesions,there were malignant lymphoma（n=7）,metastatic tumor（n=6）,cyst（n=5）,splenic infarction（n=3）,hemangioma（n=2）,tuberculosis（n=2）,lymphangioma（n=1）,abscess（n=1）,neurofibroma（n=1）,leucocythemia（n=1）,malignant histocytosis（n=1）.CT scan could clearly show the location,size,shape,density of splenic multifocal lesions and the relationship with the surrounding organs as well.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 70%.Conclu-sion Splenic cysts account for the majority of splenic multifocal benign lesions,while lymphoma and metastatic tumor account for the majority of splenic multifocal malignant lesions,CT scan plays an important role in the diagnosis of splenic multifocal lesions.
