摘要
目的:提高对脾肿瘤这一少见病的认识,减少对其误诊、误治。方法:结合9例脾肿瘤病历并复习文献对其诊断、鉴别诊断、病理类型和治疗进行讨论。结果:9例中良性肿瘤6例,恶性肿瘤3例,均行手术治疗。8例行脾脏切除,1例因广泛转移仅行淋巴结切除送病检。结论:脾肿瘤的病史和体征无诊断特异性,影像学检查和细针穿刺细胞学检查是其术前明确诊断的重要手段。
Objective: To improve diagnosis and treatment on the infrequent disease spleen tumor. Methods: The clinical data of nine patients with spleen tumor treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, pathology and treatment of spleen tumor were discussed. Results: All nine patients including six benign tumors and three malignant tumors were given operation. The types of operation included splenectomy in eight cases, lymphtic biopsy in one case for it was found widely metastasized during operation. Conclusion: The symptom of spleen tumor has no specific characteristics for diagnosis. Image examination and puncture by fine needles for cytologic diagnosis are important means to make clear diagnose.
