摘要
采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)测定了金银花不同器官中的微量元素,结果表明:当消解液为HNO3∶HClO4=5∶1(V∶V)时金银花中各种微量元素有均较高的检测灵敏度,其花中的Ca、Cd、Co、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Sr、Zn含量分别为1.5154、0.0147、0.0056、0.0753、0.7471、0.0341、0.036、0.0293和0.2045mg/g,枝中的含量分别为8.6776、0.0227、0.0011、0.0569、0.5881、0.0698、0.0344、0.1166和0.1145mg/g,叶中的含量分别为3.7197、0.0202、0.0048、0.0767、1.7614、0.0546、0.0637、0.0512和0.102mg/g;样品中9种元素的线性范围在0~8mg/L,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%,回收率在97.40%~102.50%之间。说明ICP-AES法测定微量元素,具有快速、准确、线性范围宽等优点。
The samples of honeysuckle were pretreated by wet digestion method and trace elements in samples were determined by ICP-AES method in this paper. The results showed that when the digestion solution was HNO3:HCIO4= 5:1(V/V) ,each element in honeysuckle had higher detection sensitivity. The measured values of Ca,Cd,Co ,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Sr,Zn in flowers of honeysuckle sample were 1.5154, 0.0147, 0.0056, 0.0753, 0.7471, 0.0341, 0.036, 0.0293 and 0.2045 mg/g respectively. And those in branches and leaves were 8.6776, 0.0227, 0.0011, 0.0569, 0.5881, 0.0698, 0.0344,0.1166 and 0.1145 mg/g respectively; those in leaves were 3.7197,0.0202,0.0048,0.0767,1.7614,0.0546,0.0637,0.0512 and 0.102 mg/g respectively. The linearity range of 9 elements in samples was between 0. 000 and 8. 000 mg/L ,the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0 % and the recovery rate was between 97.40 % and 102.50% . ICP-AES method was used to determine trace elements had advantages such as rapid, accurate and wider linear range.
