摘要
分析了业主投资者性质差异和业主对监理服务需求差异,针对业主的差异化监理服务需求,提出监理企业的知己知彼、提供菜单式服务和配备相应的监理人员三个方面的应对措施,以推动项目监理健康发展。
The property difference of owner investors and service demand difference of owner to supervisor were analyzed.Aiming at the different supervision service demand of owner,three countermeasures were provided,which were knowing both one s own and other s situation of supervision enterprise,providing service menu scheme and equipping corresponding supervisor,so as to promote the healthity development of project supervision pervision.
