摘要
庆大霉素是由绛红色小单胞菌、棘孢小单胞菌产生的一种氨基糖苷类抗生素。由于其抗菌谱广、抗菌作用强,尤其对革兰氏阴性菌引起的感染治疗效果较好,因此被广泛应用于临床。本文综述了近年来国内外关于庆大霉素发酵工艺、提纯方法的研究现状,并结合当前实际分析了庆大霉素的应用与发展前景。
Gentamicin,an aminoglycoside antibiotic,is generated by Micro-monospora purpurea and Aeromonas small spikes.It has been widely used clinically because of its antimicrobial broad-spectrum and antibacterial activity,especially for its higher therapeutic effect on gram-negative bacteria.This paper outlined the research situation on the gentamicin fermentation process and its isolation and purification methods both at home and abroad in recent years.At the same time,the applications and prospects of gentamicin were diseussed with the present actual situation.
