摘要
以甜樱桃品种"红玛瑙"为试材,用LI-6400光合作用测定系统对其光合特性进行了研究。结果表明,红玛瑙樱桃净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,中午前后光合速率下降,出现"午休现象"。净光合速率年变化呈双峰曲线。红玛瑙樱桃光饱和点为2 362.5μmol.m-2.s-1,光补偿点为31.94μmol.m-2.s-1,CO2饱和点和补偿点分别为1 245μmol CO2.mol-1和65.72μmol CO2.mol-1,光合最适温度为27.75℃。
Photosynthetic characteristics of'Hong ma nao's weet cherry cultivar were studied by using the LI-6400 port- photosynthesis system. Results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presented a doublepeak curve,the first peak occurred about 10:00 a. m. , the second one occurred about 15:00 p. m. , and decreased at noon. The seasonal variation of net photosynthetic rate also presented a double-peak curve, The light compensation and light saturation points of "Hong ma nao" were 31.94 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and 2 362.5μmol·m^-2·s^-1 , the CO2 compensation and saturation points were 1 245μmol CO2·mol^-1,: and 65.72μmol CO2·mol^-1,. The optimum temperature of Pn was 27.75℃.
