硬膜外阻滞合用硝普钠控制性降压时血流动力学效应的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文比较连硬外阻滞加用SNP控制性降压与单纯应用SNP降压时犬的SNP用量及血流动力学效应。结果表明,连硬外阻滞后SNP的用量锐减,控制性降压过程比较平稳,低血压容易维持,停用SNP后血压迅速回升。血流动力学监测提示降压过程中心脏泵功能比较稳定。连硬外阻滞加用SNP控制性降压是一种安全可取的降压措施。 The present study was carried out to compare the hemodynamic effects of two deliberate hypotension methods. Hypotension was induced and maintained at 50% of origionallevel for 60 mm with two methods; (1) infusion of SNP after epidural blockade (Epi+SNP); (2) infusion of SNP alone.we found 15 min after epidural block, MAP and HR significantly decreased, but SI increased despite a slight decerase in CO.After infusion of SNP, MAP and CO further decrease in group (1).Tachycardia and rebound hypertension was found in the group (2), but not in the other group.The dosage of SNP was greatly reduced during deliberate hypotension induced by Epi+SNP.The result indicate that hypotensive effect of SNP is strenthenedby epidural block.
