摘要
通过传感器选用、测量参量转换、振动信号提取、转子重心方位提取等方面的技术分析,提出了用数字计算方法实现测量参数转换,用离散Fourier变换算法提取被测信号的现场动平衡的高精度测量方法。分析表明:磁电式速度传感器或0.000 1g分辨力加速传感器能满足大转速范围、高分辨的要求;用离散Fourier变换计算方法提取被测量可减小测量误差,而且,所提及的设计方法与结论均已经过实践验证。
This paper analyzed the method of selecting sensors, the way of picking up vibration signal, the mode of parameter transforming and the technique of detecting centric location, then advanced the key of design of the portable dynami.c balancing instrument. Analysis shows that magneteclectric sensors or acceleration sensor with 0.000 1 g resolving power is suitable for wide range and precision measurement, the method of picking - up the parameter by means of Fourier transform can eliminate the measurement error. All methods and conclusions mentioned are validated in practical design of a dynamic balancing instrument.
