摘要 针对常规抽油泵在泵挂深度超过2200m进行深抽时抽油泵漏失和易失效的问题,研制了DL-超深低漏整筒抽油泵。该抽油泵由内泵筒、外泵筒、连通孔、柱塞和固定阀连接而成,内泵筒的内外侧均处在油管内液体之中,内泵筒的内外侧不存在压差,消除了常规抽油泵的"鼓胀效应",从根本上减少了抽油泵的间隙漏失。现场试验表明,超深低漏整筒抽油泵能明显减少漏失量。中原油田现场应用的4口井中,平均单井日增液2.6t,日增油1.2t,泵效提高11%,已阶段性增油560t,创经济效益224万元。 Considering the problem that the conventional oil well pump is easy to leak and fail when it conducts deep pumping with the pump setting depth exceeding 2,200 m,Model DL superdeep low leakage one-piece barrel subsurface pump was developed.The pump consists of inner pump barrel,outer pump barrel,interlocking pore,plunger and standing valve.Both sides of the inner pump barrel are located in the tubing liquid,so no pressure differential occurs on both sides of the inner pump barrel,thus eliminating the 'ballooning effect' existing in conventional pumps and fundamentally reducing the pump leakage.The field test shows that application of the pump can remarkably improve the pump efficiency and the swabbing efficiency of oil wells,and avoid the pump barrel's distortion-caused deformation,drawing-caused deformation and the pump's short-term failure,thus lengthening the production cycle of oil wells.
