摘要 采用常规冲砂工艺或利用暂堵剂暂堵冲砂都无法在低压漏失井中建立有效循环,冲砂液全部漏入地层,不仅冲不出井底的砂,而且还经常发生砂卡等井下事故,为此,研制了一种反循环平行管水力喷射冲砂泵。该冲砂泵利用水力喷射泵没有运动件这一优点,依靠动力液与地层液的能量转换进行工作,动力液与混砂液沿着油管中心孔返出地面,喷射泵底端不安装封隔器,喷射泵内部装有1组喷嘴和喉管扩散器,同时实现进口、出口和吸入口有效结合,并配套双级管柱等其他工艺来实现低压漏失井的冲砂作业。现场应用表明,采用该冲砂泵可迅速彻底地排出井内砂子,提高工效1倍以上,作业一次性成功率达100%。 In light of the problems that effective circulation cannot be established in low-pressure wells by means of conventional sand-washing technique or temporary bridging agent,all the sand-cleaning fluid leaks into the formation,borehole sand cannot be cleaned out and frequent sand-jamming leads to borehole accident,a kind of reverse circulation parallel pipe hydraulic jet sand-washing pump was developed.By utilizing the advantage that the hydraulic jet pump has no moving part,the sand-washing pump depends on the energy conversion between power fluid and formation fluid to achieve its operation.The power fluid and sand-filled fluid return to the ground along the center bores of tubing.No packer is installed at the bottom end of the jet pump within which a group of nozzles and throat diffusers are installed.Effective association between inlet,outlet and suction inlet is achieved simultaneously.The techniques,such as two-stage pipe string,are applied to perform sand-washing operation in low-pressure leakage wells.The field application shows that adoption of the sand-washing pump can clean out the sand in wells quickly and completely.The operating efficiency is improved by one time.The success rate for one operation is 100%.It is safe and reliable,simple and convenient in operation.
