本文对大庆至铁岭密闭输油管线ＳＣＡＤＡ计算机控制系统进行了较为全面的论述，内容涉及系统的硬软件结构、功能和特点，以及开发的控制应用程序主要内容范围和方法。
This paper doscribes the system structure, functions and Charactoristies of SCADA applied successfully to Daqing to Tieling oil transportation pipolines in detial, and design Mothods for the pipeline control applications.
