摘要
连续循环系统是一个可以实现不用停止钻井液在井内的循环来完成钻杆的上卸扣等连接工作的系统,该系统以钻台为基础,适用于任何带有顶驱钻井装置的井架。连续循环系统是最近两年发展起来的新技术,2006年被授予世界石油工程技术创新特别贡献奖。文章对连续循环系统的定义、组成、研发情况、应用前景和现场应用情况等进行了比较详细的论述,使得大家对于连续循环系统有了比较深入的了解。
The continuous circulation system is a system that we can screw on and screw off drill pipe without stopping circulating drilling fluid.The system is suitable for all derricks with top drive drilling device.It is the new technology developed current two years.In 2006,it was awarded the World Petroleum Engineering Technology Innovation Special Contribution Award.In this paper,the definition,composition,research and development,application prospects and on-site application of continuous circulation system were discussed in detail.
