摘要
利用自制的流动比色装置固定在检测器的样品池和参比池中,基于在碱性介质果糖与铁氰化钾的反应快于葡萄糖特点,实现流动注射微分光度检测蜂蜜中果糖含量,进样频率为120次/h,浓度在2mg/L~25mg/L,呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997,n=5),精密度好(RSD%=1.2)。
We proposed a new FIA defferential spectrophotometry to determine the contents of fruit sugar in honey.The defferential determination ( △ A ) is achieved by the use of two home-made flow trough cells that are installed in the sample light beam and the comparing light beam of a photometer, according to the color reaction of fruit sugar with K3[Fe (CN)6] The frequency of sample introduction is 120 times per hour.We obtain good linear relation (r=0.999 7,n=5 ) in the range of 2 mg/L-25 mg/L. The precision(RSD) is 1.2.
