摘要
建国以来,我国中小企业经历了曲折的成长过程。伴随着中国经济改革,中小企业在国民经济中的角色和地位也明显发生了积极的变化。回望我国中小企业成长的轨迹,我们发现,政府的政策对中小企业发展有着重大的影响作用。政策可以使中小企业停滞不前,也可以使其迸发活力。回顾和总结我国中小企业发展政策对进一步促进我国中小企业快速发展有着积极的现实意义。
Since the founding of the PRC, China＇s sma ll and medium -sized enterprises （SMEs） have experienced a tortuous history of growth. Along with China＇s economic reforms, the role and the position of SMEs in national economy have had a significant and positive change. Looking back on the growing track of China＇s SMEs, we find that the government＇s policies have a significant impact on the development of SMEs. Policies may cause developing stagnation of SMEs, or inspire their vigorous vitality. Reviewing and summing up government’s policies on development of SMEs will have a positive practical significance in promoting the rapid development of China＇s SMEs.
