摘要
笔者探讨了构建中小企业技术创新政策体系的必要性;对我国中小企业技术创新政策存在的问题进行了分析;提出了构建面向未来的我国小中企业技术创新的总体思路和具体政策措施。
The paper conducts a comprehensive study of the necessity of establishing the policy system of technology innovation in small - and medinm - sized enterprises by answering tentatively questions concerned in this aspects. On the basis of discussion, the writer proposes a general conception as well as specific countermeasures of future - oriented technology innovation in SMEs.
