摘要
对保存在国家果树种质福州枇杷圃内不同来源地的44份枇杷种质资源的维生素C和总酸含量进行了测定,结果表明,枇杷种质资源果实维生素C含量和总酸含量存在丰富的多样性。枇杷维生素C和总酸依次分布于11.1%～13.0%和4.00～10.00mg·(100g)-1的范围。
The vitamin C and total acid contents of 44 loquat germplasm resources which came from different origin regions in Fuzhou national fruit germplasm were tested. The results indicated that there were abundant genitic diversity in loquat vitamin c and total acid contents. The contents of vitamin C and total acid mainly distributed in 11.1% - 13.0% and 4.00 - 10. 00 mg· （ 100 g） -1 .
