摘要
应用高效液相色谱法测定烟叶中叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素含量,采用偏最小二乘法的近红外预测模型,建立了应用近红外光谱技术快速测定烟叶中类胡萝卜素含量的分析方法。方法的相关系数分别为0.9909和0.9861。
A novel method for the determination of lutein and β-carotene in tobacco leaf was established by the Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy ( FT-NIRS). The contents of lutein and β-carotene in tobacco leaf were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The quantitative calibration of FT-NIRS was developed with partial least square regression (PUS). About 20 randomly selected validation samples were used to test the prediction accuracy of each calibration model. The statistical results showed that there was no significant difference between the predict data and actual data when the level of significance was over 5%.
