摘要 从营养物质缺乏、导管堵塞、乙烯以及弯茎4个方面综述了国内外非洲菊切花衰老的原因及采后贮藏和保鲜技术的研究进展,并提出了非洲菊切花保鲜的未来发展方向。 The causes of senescence of cut Gerbera at home and abroad were summarized form four aspects,such as deficient nutrient,blocked vessel ,ethylene and curving stem. Research progress of postharvest storage and preservation technology were also summed up. Future development of the preservation of cut Gerbera was put forward.
