摘要
[目的]优化固态发酵提高杂粕蛋白含量的工艺条件。[方法]采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,利用酵母菌发酵杂粕建立了菌体蛋白饲料产量与发酵温度、接种量、发酵时间的二次回归模型。并通过响应面分析各因素对Y值的效应关系。[结果]对二次多项回归方程寻优,得到优化工艺条件为:发酵温度30℃,接种量8.64%,发酵时间31.1 h,在此条件下,验证发酵杂粕的菌体蛋白含量为56.75%。[结论]该研究为提高饲料的蛋白营养品质和利用价值提供了科学依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to optimize the solid fermentation technical conditions for improving the hereto-grain protein content. [ Method ] Using quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design and yeast fermentation hereto-grain protein, the quadratic regression model of the bacterial protein feed production and the fermentation temperature, the inoculum size, the fermentation time was established. The response surface was used to analyze the factors on Y value of the effect relationship. [ Result ] The optimum technical conditions for the quadratic regression equation were as follows:The fermentation temperature 30 ℃, the inoculum amount 8.64% and the fermentation time 31.1 h. The protein content of fermentation hetero-grain was 56.75% under these conditions. [ Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for improving the protein nutritional quality and utilization value of feeds.
